DESSERT INFORMATION

Everything we offer is SUGAR FREE- GLUTEN FREE- LOW CARB & KETO FRIENDLY.

All of our desserts contain natural sweeteners and a custom mix of monk fruit & erythritol, almond flour, coconut flour, eggs, butter, heavy cream, coconut oil  and may contain peanuts and other tree nuts.

 **ALLERGIES OR REACTIONS**

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR FOOD RELATED ALLERGIES OR ANY REACTION THAT MAY OCCUR WHILE EATING OUR DESSERTS.

IF YOU ARE OR THINK YOU COULD BE SENSITIVE OR ALLERGIC TO ANYTHING OR ANY SWEETENERS LISTED ABOVE PLEASE DO NOT CONSUME OUR DESSERTS.

 REWARDS ACCOUNTS

 You will need to create an account on our website and then create a rewards account by clicking the pink rewards icon on the bottom right corner. After you create an account it will automatically start tracking your points and rewards. To redeem your points simply login to your rewards account and redeem your point there. It will automatically generate a custom discount just for you. We cannot manually add points to an account so make sure you create a rewards account as soon as possible so you get all the credit you can.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

FEDEX DOES NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER A P.O. BOX FOR A SHIPPING ADDRESS OR YOUR PACKAGE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

Because our desserts are made to order we cannot give refunds once your order has been placed or take returns. WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDRESSES ENTERED INCORRECTLY.

If you have a problem with your order we are happy to refund you if you email us within 5 days from your order date along with a photo of your donuts and the problem you have. We want everyone to have a great experience with our donuts and our company!

If you miss your pick up or are not able to make the time you selected email us 24 hrs before and we can arrange something different. If you miss your pick up without getting in contact with us first you will not be refunded for your order. 

We try to make every single product the exact same color and size but because our desserts are handcrafted there can be slight variations in size and color of our products.

 

Shipping & Handling

Once your order is placed there it can take up to two days to process your order. Once you have placed an order you will get a confirmation email, followed by a shipping email with a tracking number.

WE DO NOT HAVE REFRIGERATED SHIPPING AT THIS TIME. IF YOU LIVE IN A STATE WITH WARM WEATHER AND CHOOSE TO ORDER OUR MORE SPECIALTY ITEMS WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY IN WHICH THE ITEMS MAY ARRIVE. HOT, MELTED, CRUMBLY, ETC. WHERE OUR PRODUCT IS MADE TO ORDER NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

Why not?

A: Simply because the cost to our customer would be significant. It would cost over $60 for a dozen donuts with refrigerated shipping. That is why we tried so hard to get our dry mixes up for our customers. To give them a cheaper and more convenient option to bake when they please.

We have tested our products and they hold up great in the higher temps. Just know that if you do order there is a chance of chocolate & glazes melting and cookies breaking due to the heat. Refunds WILL NOT BE GIVEN for melted toppings or chocolate due to heat. Please take where you live and the temps into consideration when ordering. :)

SHIPPING BAKED GOODS can result in slightly broken, crumbly products. We do everything in our power to avoid this but it is an inevitable thing with finished baked goods. Please be aware that NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CRUMBLY OR BROKEN PRODUCT.
